Mor Kauma Syriac Orthodox Church is the first Syriac Orthodox Church established in Niagara Falls under the Holy See of Antioch and All the East. Our church is part of the Malankara Archdiocese of the Syriac Orthodox Church in North America, under the spiritual leadership of H.H. Moran Mor Ignatius Aphrem II, Patriarch of Antioch and All the East, and H.G. Yeldo Mor Theethose, Archbishop and Diocesan Metropolitan.

The spiritual head of the Syrian Christians of India, In the Syrian Orthodox Church hierarchy, the Catholicos is second in rank to the supreme spiritual head, the Patriarch of Antioch.
